Sunny and enjoyable day in Birka today filming for episode three of the Swedish history series (speaking of which: the second part is now up on the YouTube channel).
Birka was an important Viking age trading town located a few miles west of Stockholm. The markets had wares from far distant lands (the trade took place via sea lanes and rivers) and the town was active from around 750 to 975 AD.

A healthy soul in a healthy body.
Mind, soul and body are one, so be sure to take care of each aspect. Train hard, read hard, eat well, meditate, cast off detrimental behaviours (porn consumption for example). Seek perfection in yourself. Perfection cannot be reached but the journey towards it, the progression, is what matters and it should be strived for everyday.

Checking in from the Realm of Njord 🔱 with a friendly reminder to hit the gym! On another note, in regard to the video sequences under water (as I have gotten the question) I use the GoPro Hero 6. In regard to this particular picture; my man @hahnewilliam and I were supposed to take a flexing teamselfie under water but it proved to be harder than anticipated to get both in the frame at the same time (subtle way of saying how joocey we are 😎) but I got this screenshot (from the latest training video) at least and I thought it was aesthetic enough to post 😊

Discipline beats motivation, but motivation is something to be treasured when you get it. Discipline will serve you well in the grind and is thus always needed. Motivation comes and goes; when it comes, be sure to set the pace high and put on the pressure. It is my hope that both this Instagram account and my training videos on YouTube will give a bit of motivation that might see you through athletic endeavours (and of course other endeavours as well).
