Book gains. I just finished Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by the gallant Weston Price, one of the most interesting books I've read, and a book I highly recommend to all parents-to-be. I will make a video on the topic in the coming time. The Rational Male was a gift from a mate (cheers, Daniel 🇸🇪), I will read that next. But first some Horus Heresy, also for those who ask about where to start in Warhammer 40k; just start with the first book in the series, Horus Rising.
What are you all reading at the moment?
Joyous news, just reached 90 000 subscribers on YouTube. The grand goal of 100k draws ever nearer. I have a good few profound videos incoming so hopefully the growth will continue in accord with my wishes. On another note, I will start updating @jotunheimnutrition with posts on history and mythology so be sure to follow that account. Also be sure to follow @legiogloria (and tag with #legiogloria should you upload some really epic pictures), we have a highly anticipated restock incoming next week in addition to some new garments in the coming time, so stay tuned there for more information.

Here are some ideas for New Year's Resolutions if you haven't decided upon any yet.
1. Stop metaphysically cucking yourself by watching porn.
2. Start reading books (two books per month for example).
3. Set strength goals for yourself in the big three (squat, bench, deadlift).
4. Quit any detrimental habit (smoking etc.).
5. Start meditating.
These are just some ideas, subscribe to the YouTube channel for some more thorough wisdom.

Also, for those of you who have been with me for some time you know that I have saved the Witcher 3: Blood and Wine for a special moment, at first it was to reach 80 000 subscribers, but the new goal is 100 000 subscribers, so hopefully I can at least play it this year. The lesson is this: gaming is all good, but only if you have taken care of your other goals first. Playing epic games should be a supplement to an otherwise active lifestyle, never a substitute to it.
2018 was a glorious year to say the least! There is a lot of Holy Work to be done in 2019 so let's set the pace high, lads ⚜️
