I did a blood test earlier today and the results just came it. All looked good. The testosterone is at the same level as it was two years ago (I did the same test in May 2017), namely 21, which is right in the center of the normal range (I also did a testosterone test in 2015, then I got 18,6). For the record I might also mention that I have never taken any steroids, disputing this fact makes you a liar. It is not about anyone's opinion, it is the objective truth. Moreover, as I write in my book Dauntless, I can definitely recommend that you do blood tests every once in a while to see if you are deficient in something - so you can take adequate measures to optimise your health.

How to do a 24-hour fast? If you are training that day, do so in the morning (I use 10-15g of EAA before and after the session), then I eat the only meal of the day, which is lunch. The lunch should be a bit bigger than your standard lunch. For example, if your standard lunch is an egg omelet you can add a smoothie (with milk, peanutbutter, whey etc. or whatever your usual blend is) to the meal. After that, simply do not eat anything again until lunch the next day. You can drink tea and coffee (not coffee too late in the day though) without milk, cream or sugar (using sugar in coffee is blasphemous by the way). Falling asleep on an empty stomach is an acquired taste; unpleasant in the beginning but a satisfying sensation after a few times. Lastly, fasting for 24 hours may seem like a daunting prospect but it is really not all too hard once you do it. #legiogloria
