I post physique to share some important wisdom. I have had my fair share of sponsorships and now I have my own supplement company @jotunheimnutrition. That being said, I have never, and will never, claim that there is any special product that you simply must use. You probably see people with large followings getting sponsored to hype certain new products or supplements. As a general rule, don't trust people that aren't me. I know this sounds a bit narcissistic but it is a good rule nonetheless. I will say this though; if there is one thing you should definitely take care of, it is your sleep. Easy in theory, but harder in practice. Getting a good night's sleep is of paramount importance for both cognitive and physical performance. I encourage you to set an automatic blue light filter on your phone. Mine goes on at 20:00 (8 PM) every night. I also use Twilight (a free app) to further reduce the brightness on my phone during the night (I like to read articles on my phone before falling asleep). In conclusion; if you are looking for an edge that benefits every aspect of life, start with your sleep and focus on trusted methods instead of searching for the next revolutionary secret.
