I have spent most of the week in my second home, also known as Good Old Ireland. The above picture was taken by Paul Wilson, who has a page here, as the incredibly glorious work of art above might reveal, he is indeed a very talented photographer and I will definitely shoot with him again next year in order to acquire further glory.
The training of the week has been sporadic and just aimed at looking good for the photo shoot, so I actually haven’t had a set schedule, this will change within the coming days though as I will start Smolov JR for the bench and Russian Squat Routine (a second time) when I get back to Sweden. Also regarding this the videos of the week has mainly been Let’s Plays, since I haven’t really done anything with a set plan in the gym. When I start the schedules though, I will either make VLogs or separate training videos, like the ones I have already made regarding the Russian Squat Routine. Most probably I will mix it up a bit between epic videos (with added music etc). And as I will make a video everyday I will have plenty of time to do both Let’s Plays and Gains Kitchen and training videos and also random videos. Speaking of Gains Kitchen I will actually make a lot more of those since I am now bulking and you can thus play around a bit more with the ingredients without worrying to much about the calories. Good times.

Always so much to see and do here, we went on a sickening hike today in the sunshine (not pictures above though, the pictures are of Newgrange and the Boyne). It was also really epic to train in Galway City Gym again if only for two days, really miss that gym, my true friend there and the athmosphere are just amazing, it would indeed be beneficial for my gains to go back there.
I have filmed quite a bit during the week so I will upload some videos from here when I get back.
Is my physique attainable natural?

Instead of making a video on this matter I will elaborate on the topic in text.
This question is actually quite easy to answer. Let us first rephrase it; Is my physique obtainable? Unless you are my identical twin, the answer is no. This is because my muscle insertions, my bone structure etc are uniquely my own. Structurally I am very broad and have a rather slim waist. My statistics are not overly dramatic. 187,5 cm at around 94 kg at 8% body fat (when in decent shape) is indeed not impossible to have as a natural. However, these are just numbers, which will only indicate your size, it will not tell anything about how that mass is distributed over your body, or how it will look visually. There are a great many natural guys with the same amount of muscle mass as I, and with the same strength as well.
So to make a really short article even shorter, we can conclude the following:
Is my physique obtainable? No, since only I have my unique insertions (as with all people).
Is my amount of muscle mass obtainable naturally? Yes, it lies well within what is achievable naturally.

I have had a quite glorious week. The picture above is from today’s photo shoot, which took place in the water, which is a look I always like to go for, to emulate a Sea Deity! I was actually quite happy with my form. It was definitely easier to drop the calories a bit without having to worry about making progression in a set routine. The training of the week has mainly consisted of lighter sessions with some heavy bench for the hench. On Wednesday I am leaving for Ireland and I will be there for six days and after that it is finally bulking time and until then I want my body ready to go (means I have properly rested joints etc).
The diet has mainly consisted of milk, eggs and MSC-marked fish and lots of veggies and fruits, a winning combination no doubt.
In other news my technical issues has finally come to an end, it cost a bit of money but I had saved quite a bit and I was prepared to take that hit because I know I want to do this right now and grow (first and foremost the YouTube) as much as possible. Speaking of technique things I decided upon a Galaxy S5, and it was a good choice, I considered the Nokia 1520 for its larger size but once I got the S5 in hand I saw that it was very big as well, I am really happy with that.
Furthermore I have worked quite a bit with my Let’s Play videos, which took some time to get right, I am extremely happy with the result and will continue to do a good few Let’s Plays a week, and don’t worry, even if you are not into gaming I will still keep it quite related to the gym and my usual topics! I often record the game play as pre-workout as well. Right now I have been focusing on Skyrim, which is a game we all love. I will also make videos playing Rome Total War II.
