Hypertrophic Chokladbollar Recipe
My dear wife made chokladbollar (I can attest to their superb taste) using the following recipe. You can modify the recipe as you see fit. Moreover, although Jotunheim whey is clearly superior to lesser brands you can use any chocolate whey to make this recipe.
- 150 gr butter (room temperature).
- 1.5 dl stevia.
- 3 tablespoons cocoa.
- 2 scoops of Jotunheim Nutrition Chocolate whey protein.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons of cold brewed coffee.
- 4 dl oats Some coconut flakes to roll them in.
Instructions: In a bowl, heat the butter a little bit until it is soft enough to mix. Add the stevia or sugar and mix it thoroughly with the butter. When mixed, add the liquids: vanilla extract and the 2 tablespoons of cold coffee. Mix well. Add the cocoa and scoops of chocolate whey and mix again until well blended. Lastly, add the oats and combine well until you get a dough like texture and you start shaping balls. Roll them in coconut flakes. Ready!
