Why Muhammad Ali was not a draft dodger. A Tribalist’s perspective.

Muhammed Ali passed away last week and as was to be expected a debate arose about him. I chose to salute him via pictures on Instagram and Facebook as I think he was worthy of commemorating on his day of passing. He was not just only a great athlete, he was also an athlete who used his fame for something good; he used it to promote his own political ideas. Much like today’s champion, Tyson Fury, who also has a great many good views and seem like a very good man (despite the media trying desperately to portray him as otherwise).
The most common critique against Muhammad Ali is that he was a draft-dodger. In merely technical terms it is true. He avoided getting drawn into the Vietnam war. Was this wrong however? I would wholeheartedly argue no. The Vietnam war was first and foremost a destructive war that hurt the United States more than anything, and gave rise to the extremely destructive Flower Power movement, which was also connected with the leftist currents sweeping over Europe. The Vietnam war itself is not the interesting topic though, the interesting topic is whether Ali was wrong to fight that particular battle. He was not wrong in dodging the draft because it was not his fight, it was not the fight of his tribe. He was an African-American, he was Black. That is not the same tribe as the American Government. Fighting for someone else’s tribe makes you a mercenary. Refusing to fight for another tribe does not make you a coward. Refusing to fight for your own tribe makes you a coward. Refusing to participate in a struggle for your own people makes you immoral. There is a large different in the two.
A real draft-dodger (in the tribal sense) today would be (to give an example) a Swedish man (or any Western European man for that matter) who is not open with his views because he is afraid of being called X (insert generic term used by leftists). A draft-dodger in the United States today is someone who does not support Trump, a draft-dodger in France next year will be someone who does not openly support Front National. A draft-dodger in the Austrain election was anyone who did not vote for FPÖ.
My main point with this article is that your loyalty and your commitment is towards your own people: not anyone else. And to end this elaboration with a good example of courage, here is the young Trump supporter in the midst of protesters being intimidated. You can see that he is afraid (and rightly so) but he overcomes it, it would have been easier for him to just remove his Trump pin and walk away, but he faced down his fear, and that is courageous.
Breakfast With the Dirt Cult by Samuel Finlay. Book Recommendation

I have just read Breakfast With the Dirt Cult by Samuel Finlay. It is based upon a real story and contains great elements of humour yet at the same time contains many a solid and profound truths regarding the post-modern world, including globalism and feminism. It is written by an American veteran and thus contributes with an interesting perspective in regard to how the American elite deals with the regular people that makes up most of their armed forces. On the one hand these people are needed to fill their ranks yet at the same time takes the back-seat in domestic affairs. It becomes quite clear why these regular American citizens are fed up with the politicians of the establishment and see Donald Trump as the best candidate (that there are people that do not support Trump is beyond me).
However, the most interesting aspect of the book is its critique against perhaps the greatest disease of the post-modern world: feminism. Written as a sort of tragic love story it gives voice to some harsh truths that men of this day and age have to deal with. Being raised in a traditional sense these truths can be hard to deal with and many guys do indeed have a rude awakening to it. Feminism, as Finlay so eloquently put it, has made a fine job of bringing out the worst in women. And this is true, as it has become quite apparent in the West with its declining morals and the total disintegration of normal relations between the sexes. Feminism is an extremely dangerous opponent, because it strikes at the bedrock of civilization; the family. A nation can indeed withstand assaults from an exterior foe and survive, alas when it is destroyed from within, it can be hard to recover. The West’s survival is to a large extent dependant upon its ability to defeat feminism and re-instate traditional family values, especially the natural authority of the father.
There are too many profound quoted to be included in this article but below is one that also deals with feminism, alas this time not in relation to the destruction of the family but in regard to the general liberal mind-set that is also plaguing the West at the moment.

Discussing a wide variety of (often) controversial topics. In depth discussions and analyses regarding important and interesting issues. Highly recommended. I can also recommend that you get a membership for Red Ice Radio as it will allow you access to both hours of each discussion. I am not affiliated with them but recommend it solely on the quality of the program. Henrik, the host, has 10 years experience and is thus an excellent host and an overall great guy.

The Pressure Project
The Pressure Project by Justin Garcia and his co-host Whiteboy Pat discusses strength, power, masculinity, and topics relating to current events and social issues. Justin has a great mindset; totally void of any sort of acceptance for weakness or victimhood, and with the full focus on acquiring power for yourself and your tribe. Recommended listening both for the athlete and the entrepreneur. The philosophical aspects are important in any endeavour that relies upon yourself. This is a good podcast to listen to when walking to the gym.

A new and welcomed initiative by RightOn.net. RightOn is a website for the Real Right that is making its return in the heartlands of Europe. The quality of the discussions are high and will surely bring new insights into the situation in Europe. Whereas there are many good Alt-Right podcasts that focus on the American situation RightOn focuses a bit more on Europe itself. The host Daniel Friberg has written the book The Real Right Returns which is a great starting point for refuting the Cultural Marxist narrative. The two other hosts, John Morgan and Jonas de Geer are also two very intellectually gifted and interesting individuals with plenty of insightful thoughts. In order to arm yourself intellectually this podcast is a must.

This is a recommendation for my Swedish friends (as it is in Swedish). The Boiled Frog is co-hosted by Swedish hero Gustav Kasselstrand and the focus is politics with a good amount of humour. I have genuinely laughed in every single episode so far. If you are Swedish and interested in politics (as I suppose you are) this podcast is also highly recommended.

This is also a recommendation for my Swedish friends. Motgiftmåndag is the main program of the week where the hosts discuss recent events and relevant issues. This is a very broad podcast in terms of topics, this program also has a good amount of humour in it. The hosts, Magnus Söderman, Dan Eriksson, and Jonas de Geer (again) all have plenty of valuable insights and also have a good internal dynamic, which is why the podcast is so popular. Essential listening for the Swedish Nationalist.
