Viktor Orbán is a Hero. Training Update. European Cultural Aesthetics: Witcher 3. New Clothing Designs

First and foremost it is of paramount importance to discuss the individual who might be Europe’s most valiant hero at the moment. Hungary’s Viktor Orbán is a champion of the people and a torn in the side of the political establishment of the West. A great irony is that the former Soviet nations are the ones that were the most shielded form the toxic influence of Cultural Marxism. Soviet Communism may have set the Eastern countries back in terms of economy, but it didn’t leave them a legacy of self-hate and a burning desire to see your own people go extinct. The genocidal policies of the West have only come about after decades of heavy indoctrination and self-loathing. Since the Eastern European nations were more shielded form this, they are now much more resilient in the face of this invasion. Viktor Orbán is not willing to let his people become a minority in its own country and he have the support of the people in that regard, the people who have not been brainwashed into hating themselves.
I am highly unsure that Viktor will read this article but just in case: On behalf of the rest of Europe, we thank you. If it were up to the peoples of the Western European nations via a direct vote to decide if the mass invasion should be allowed to continue I am 100% certain that the overwhelming majority would say no. So thank you for taking the battle against these genocidal madmen.
Moreover, before we leave the topic of Orbán, it might be prudent to admonish the Hungarians that are not voicing their support for the man. I am not saying that he is perfect, I understand that he has flaws and that some of his policies might not have been optimal, however I urge you to realise how much more important a Hungarian Hungary is than some welfare reform (or whatever insignificant change being made that doesn’t have any real impact).

In regard to the training I have had two really arduous sessions, both included in the Russian Squat Routine. I have elaborated on the RSR before but to briefly do so again it is a six-week program with very high intensity aiming at increasing your 1RM with roughly 10 kg. What your max attempt is at the end of the six weeks is up to yourself. According to the calculations it is 237,5 kg alas I will round it up to a neat 240 kg for optimal glory. Due to the high intensity (in this case many really heavy sessions on end) I recommend only doing this routine a few times a year, preferably when you are bulking. The two sessions mentioned above was 6 x 6 at 180 kg and 5 x 5 at 192,5 kg. The next step is 4 x 4 at 202,5, which (at least in my case) will be easier. The heavier weight will not be more taxing than the extra sets and repetitions. Also, I have actually done 5 repetitions at 200 kg last Summer. Video link. So hopefully this will not be all too hard!
Furthermore I haven’t trained MMA for two weeks now in order to focus on the weights for a bit. Next week however I am back at it. After all, it is tantamount to sacrilege to not indulge in some sort of violence during the month of the war god, Mars (Ares in Hellenic).

Although I will make a separate video on the Witcher 3 and why I love it (seriously, what an awesome game!), I thought to take this opportunity as well to elaborate on an aspect which I found incredibly joyous. Namely the aesthetics of the game, the banners, clothing, armour are all very glorious and very European (everything about the game is very European, including the stories which are steeped in folk-lore).
Speaking of designs and garments you might have noticed that I have retracted several items from the webshop on this page. This is due to incoming new designs and garments. My main inspiration for my clothing line (sounds a bit pretentious but that is basically what it is, at least the start of it), is medieval European heraldry and seeing it so richly portrayed in the Witcher was very inspirational. I aim at releasing the new clothes within a month and I see this (as I do with all things) as a long term project and I aim for the heavens (yet again as with all things) so hopefully more clothes and designs will come along during the coming time!

Norway Prepares for Swedish Collapse. Trump Continues to Win! George Soros, the Enemy.

Breaking news from Sweden’s western neighbour Norway states that Norway will sway from the Geneva convention if Sweden collapses and will use violence to defend its borders once Sweden declines into chaos. Furthermore the statement makes clear that Norway is preparing for the worst.
This might seem shocking for those who haven’t been following the developments in Sweden during the last few years. For those who are politically aware, however, this is hardly news. It is more a matter of when than if.
When gazing upon Scandinavia from a foreign perspective one might think that Sweden is the only of the countries that has become touched by the genocidal madness (i.e. replacing its own population). However, the truth is that Norway and Denmark is not far behind in terms of problems rooted in the multicultural hell-project. The main difference is that both Norway and Denmark have woken up earlier. Sweden’s great awakening is in full swing only recently (late 2015 and forward). What makes this fact so interesting is that there is a nation (Norway) severely ravaged by Cultural Marxism and all the terrors of the multi-cultural hell project is taking a clear stance against what is going on in Sweden. This means that even another Western liberal cuck nation sees that the situation is unsustainable in Sweden. It is one thing for an intellectually honest individual to point this out, it is a completely different thing for another cucked nation to do it.

Now onto more joyous news. One of the greatest hopes (if not the greatest) for the Western world, Donald Trump, is continuing his glorious campaign with great success. The picture above describes in a hilarious yet perfect way the main stream media reacts to his success. Donald Trump is the candidate of the people, unlike the other candidates who are puppets of their respective financiers, most notably Ted Cruz and his affiliation with Goldman Sachs. Speaking of bought presidential candidates, the incredibly awkward and embarrassing Jeb Bush announced that he is quitting his campaign, probably a good move since he has only made a fool out of himself during the entirety of his run. To be fair on him though he didn’t have the best chances to begin with seeing as the family reputation is quite tarnished since his brother George was part of ushering in this era of the Third World War.
Moreover, another interesting candidate on the Democratic side is Bernie Sanders, economic illiterate as he might be he is still opposed to some of the powers that has America in a firm grip. I will make a video in the coming days elaborating on who is the least repulsive of Bernie and Hillary. To make a short summary: Hillary is a psychopath and no one will vote for her when the day of the vote comes, you can only fake being someone else for so long. She will let her mask slip more than once before this is over.

Lastly in this summary I would like to highlight one of the fiercest and most formidable enemies of Europe. None other than the infamous George Soros. Soros has made his immense fortune by investing in stock (not as in long term growth but more like a predatory day trader) in addition to attacking other nation’s currencies (generating great economic damage), which has caused him to be quite unpopular in certain nations (primarily in South-East Asia). A genuinely wicked man, he is also determined to further the ongoing ethnic replacement the Coudenhove-Kalergi plan.
Why I thought to elaborate on this right now is that he has recently suggested that European Union should borrow vast amounts of money to further finance the ethnic replacement (my words, not his). Lastly he has also funded the Black Lives Matter movement.

Interesting times lie upon us. Now we need to step up the game and meet them head on!

Is Online Coaching Worth It?

If you are reading through my Online Coaching page you are probably wondering if the investment is worth it or not. Since it is a good question I thought to write this article to clarify a few things that might be good to know before deciding upon any of the services.

There are two factors that I deem very important for a successful client. First of all that you are committed, that you are ready to adhere to the plan as well as possible. I am not saying that you have failed utterly should you miss a session or a week, things like that happen. What I mean is that you should, if nothing unpredicted (sickness etc) comes in between be fully willing to train the amount of days set out in the plan. If you for whatever reason are forced to reduce the amount of training days we set out with originally, just let me know and we will alter the schedule to accommodate for that. Communication and honestly is of utmost importance, which leads me to my second point.

The more updated I am on a client’s progress, the easier it is for me to make appropriate adjustment to the set-up (in terms of weights used or amount of food eaten etc). That is why I am adamant about weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, to put it simply: the better our communication is, the better I can adjust the plan.

Furthermore, each plan is made with the purpose of progressing in the gym. The progression rate, exercises, frequency and the plan in general is derived from the information I receive from you. What I try to do with each plan is to make is as effective as possible. Effective in the sense that you progress as fast as possible for as long as possible. With that in mind I strive to make the sessions hard, not for the sake of hardness itself, but in order to stimulate increased size and strength. Getting those extra repetitions during the squat session or increasing the weight in the deadlifts will be hard and heavy. Since the each plan has a progression for each exercise there will be a lot of tough sessions and this is also my goal. So be prepared to give your all!

Lastly, you should view Online Coaching as a learning process, a great physique cannot be built in just 12 weeks, however, if you see it as an opportunity to learn as much as possible along the way you will be equipped to deal with similar situations on your own later on and hopefully I will help set you on a path which you can follow for years to come. A great physique takes years of consistent training to achieve!

Life and Training Philosophy. Weakness and Porn. My Training at the Moment

I have shared this video before but it needs to be shared again. You can activate English subtitles to understand the lyrics. The lyrics in combination with the video creates a powerful message. A message I try to get through as often as possible myself. A message that is increasingly important in today’s environment. Your training is your duty as a man, if you don’t train and prepare, train and prepare to defend your own tribe/family/nation you are letting them down. Furthermore, if you lead a degenerate life, full of alcohol, drugs, and porn, you are likewise letting your tribe down. The decadent and weak modern world dictates that you are important as an individual, and that you should be a slave to your every whim and desire. If you accept the Glorious Pill, which I, the Champion of Mother Evropa, distribute with each article and video, you will put yourself in a larger context. And in that larger context you have a larger responsibility, and in turn, with that larger responsibility comes greater power and less room for weakness and excuses. If you too want to be part of something greater, it is no longer possible to let your excuses and weaknesses dictate your life. The reason I constantly hammer at porn is not because it is the most degenerate of practises, but rather because it is the largest, and for me it tells a great deal about an individual whether or not he is willing to give it up or if he will continue to be a slave under it. You who are reading these words in this now will either already be with me, or you will find yourself coming up with excuses as to justify your behaviour. If you, for whatever reason, still watch porn, I present you with the option of quitting porn consumption, i.e., winning the battle against yourself.
Porn in this example can be replaced with other detrimental habits, such as smoking, alcohol, drugs etc. The same reasoning can also be applied to inactivity in terms of training. If you do not already train in the gym or any other glorious sport; cease this blasphemous behaviour immediately and begin to do so.
Realise this, I do not owe anyone my respect, I give my heartfelt respect to individuals who renounce weakness, if you are still a slave to whatever detrimental weakness, you do not respect yourself and can thus not expect the same sort of respect given to those who renounce said weaknesses.

With those words it might be appropriate to briefly elaborate a bit on my own training. I am currently only following one progression plan in terms of strength training and that is the Russian Squat Routine, I have done two sessions this cycle (each cycle is six weeks long) and everything feels good so it will be interesting to see how much I can increase my 1RM with, my current one is 230 kg, it would be absolutely glorious to achieve a 240 kg squat. It is a worthy goal indeed. I do the RSR on my push days, which also contains pushpresses and light incline dumbbellpress, I am currently not benching following an injury in my chest. So I am letting that heal up and focus on the other movements for now.
The other session is a classic pull session which focuses on weighted pull-ups (palms facing me) without straps (for increased grip-strength) and barbell rows.
Other than that a lot of focus is still on MMA (primarily BJJ).

Moreover, I have changed my Instagram name to from Latsbah to The Glorious Lion, which obviously is more epic and worthy!

Lastly, I thought to share this picture of today’s lunch. I always thought that it was a rather hipster thing to take pictures of my food, but then I realised that I will never let others define my character. My guys are interested in how I eat, and I too am interested in what others eat (as it can inspire new recipes etc) so I see no reason to not share my recipes! Below is a tofu fry with a lot of vegetables, 50 g of protein (from 400 g of tofu) and many a joyous micro-nutrients!
